We are a lively and entertaining group of local gardeners. We usually meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month (Sep to May) in the Amberley parish rooms (under the Church) for a glass of wine and a chat before an 8pm start. Whilst in the Summer months we have  various trips to gardens and shows.  New members or non-member drop in guests always welcome.

Our first talk of 2025 will be by Dr Sue Kinsey -The wildflower growing project at WWT Slimbridge– 2.30 to 4pm, usual Parish Rooms under the church/shop. Note this is on a Tuesday afternoon rather than our usual Thursday afternoon.

PLANT SALES

Plant sale 17 May on Amberley school green opposite the Amberley Inn. 

Many plants are donated by the members for these sales and local garden centres. Gardens in the area are now benefiting from that rare bargain or a plant from someone elses garden and money raised helps to fund our speakers during the year. Plus tea/coffee and cakes by Amberley shop on the common and bric a brac for Stroud Womens refuge.
